At Sweet Savour, we strive to ensure that your items arrive safely and meet your expectations. Due to the delicate nature of these products, please review our refund policy for fragile items:
- Returns and Refunds:
- Returns should be initiated within 3 days of delivery and should be received by vendor within 10 days of return label creation.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- We do not accept returns on damaged or altered items.
- Inspection and Reporting:
- Inspect your items upon delivery. If you find any damage, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos and videos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected. We may offer partial refunds if the item is not returned in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Restocking fees may apply.
- Shipping Damage:
- If your item is damaged during shipping, please report it immediately. We may offer a replacement or refund based on the extent of the damage.
- Exceptions:
- Custom or personalized fragile items are non-refundable.
- Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
